This pattern is similarly held in most of continental Europe. All the countries of the European Union have restrictions on the sale of vaping products, with the minimum age being 18 years.

In general, all European countries allow the usage of e-cigarettes and purchasing e-liquid refills so you should be able to vape at your travel destination. But it is always advisable to seek legal advice before travelling to another country especially if the trip will take some time.
